| Annual Meeting | Due to there being no residential units in the District’s boundaries, the District is not required to hold an annual meeting as set forth in Section 32-1-903(6)(a), C.R.S. | ||||||||||||||||
| Board Meetings | The Board has determined to not hold regular meetings at this time. Instead, the Board will call special meetings on an as needed basis for District business. Meetings may be held at a physical location, or by telephonic, electronic, or virtual means, or a combination of the foregoing, in the Board’s discretion. | ||||||||||||||||
